At GemsCrowd, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your gemstones, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at gemscrowd@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders and items that have been altered or specifically tailored to your requirements are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a full refund.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
